DOUBLEMER 245

DM 245 is a fatty acid-modified hexa-functional polyester acrylate oligomer. Its distinctive backbone structure and high acrylic functionality create an optimal hydrophilic-lipophilic balance, making it particularly effective for wet lithography. When cured with ultraviolet (UV) light or electron beam (EB), DM 245 demonstrates outstanding reactivity. Lithographic inks formulated with DM 245 offer exceptional printing performance, featuring excellent ink transfer from the printing plate to the blanket roll and onto the substrate, alongside remarkable dot definition and favorable track and rheological properties.
