DOUBLEMER 553

DM 553 is an aliphatic urethane diacrylate resin distinguished by its light color and low viscosity. Films cured through exposure to ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB) are soft and flexible, showcasing inherent non-yellowing properties similar to those of typical aliphatic urethane acrylates. Additionally, DM 553 enhances hydrolysis resistance, addressing a common concern with many urethane acrylates. It is primarily used as an additive to improve the flexibility of finished formulations.
